I have managed three senior living communities in Monona, Middleton and Madison. I have had a hand in helping over 300 families get settled into a new independent living apartment, assisted living and memory care, including assisting with a sometimes daunting application process. My experience managing facilities, hiring contractors, setting budgets and negotiating contracts will keep your to-do list easy. I had the pleasure of being a design consultant for two Madison home furnishing stores, including custom design and planning spaces large and small and this tops the list of my passions.

My Story
On a lovely sunny morning I received a phone call from my mother's neighbor that an ambulance had taken my mother, "Maude" to the hospital. A stroke and a host of other health issues made it clear that my mother could no longer live four hours away from me. I got my mom settled into an "independent" apartment near me, cleaned up and cleaned out her home and staged it for sale. The piece of mind that she is in an appropriate environment gives my mom and our family a great feeling of relief. This whole process took place in 35 days. I can't even imagine going through this process without the background and experience that I have.
